COVID-19 Important update:

Bodygy is fully operational during these challenging times. A few notes:

-Due to currier limitation placed on incoming inventory quantity shipped to our warehouses some customers may experience a 2-3 days delay in estimated shipping times.

-USPS tracking information availability might also be delayed in some cases.

-We're donating a portion of monthly sales to WHO, Health Workers and others in need.

Processing Time:

We do our best to process & ship all orders as soon as possible. Most orders are processed within 24 hours.

Tracking your order:

All orders include tracking information that is normally sent via email within 48 hours after the order has been shipped. 

Customs & Duties:

(In most cases, packages shipped to US & Canada don't require any additional fees.)

All shipping charges (or free shipping promos) listed do NOT include customs, duty, and taxes. We can't hold responsibility for that and the recipient is responsible for all customs, clearing and other fee’s required to ship internationally. 

Lost / Stolen package:

  • We are not responsible for orders once they have left our warehouse.
  • If there is a tracking #, then the order has been put on a skid and has left our building
  • If the order does not make it to its destination or is late, customers are responsible for contacting the carrier and filing a claim.
